An opportunity has arisen to join the in-house department on a 1 year contract of a prestigious FTSE 100 company. Working within the Member services department you will be providing a wide variety of administration services to the companies pensions schemes. Key duties will be, dealing with member queries by either telephone, email, face-to-face or in writing, performing and checking routine pension calculations and complex manual calculations where required, maintaining membership records. You will also been involve in annual tasks such as benefit statements, annual pensions increases and ad-hoc projects such as data cleansing. To be considered for this role you will have proven experience of working within the pensions industry on Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution schemes, strong communications skills and possess a good understanding of the Pension's industry regulations and current legislation.
