Rare chance to join this busy, professional in-house pensions department who are leaders in their field. Within this hands-on position you will support the Pensions Manager and the Head of Pensions in the running of this large DB and DC scheme, investments, accounts, cash-flows and as well as the TPAs.

The team deal directly with the members of the funds and are the first contact for many questions; in addition, they work closely with the Trustee as well as the Company, having a robust and comprehensive governance structure complying with the highest possible standards. As a key member of the team, you will ensure all pensions matters, regulation and legislation are compliant; help drive changes to scheme governance; arrange and attend (in a support capacity) all committee meetings, manage scheme events and investments. You will also assist with the guidance and leadership of two junior team members

This role seeks a proactive pensions’ professional who is happy to remain hands-on in terms of the workload and is a confident and strong communicator with both colleagues and various external stakeholders. This is a hybrid role where your presence in the office will be required for 3-days a week allowing for 2-days of home working.
