You will be managing Trustee boards and committee meeting processes – organizing meetings, working with Trustees to set the agenda, briefing management teams on lead times for the delivery of board and committee papers, ensuring timely publication of high-quality materials.

You will provide notice/quorum requirements and attend Trustee Board and Committee meetings where you will be responsible for taking clear and accurate minutes.

We are looking for an extremely well-organized pensions’ professional with extensive experience of working as Secretary to Trustees. Knowledge of both DB and DC schemes would be ideal with a particular focus on governance.

This is a diverse and highly rewarding position within a small, close-knit team of specialists who are not only experienced but also exceptionally friendly and supportive. You'll be joining a collaborative and engaging work environment where your contributions are genuinely valued. The role offers a hybrid working model, with just two days a week based in the central London office - providing the perfect balance between in-person teamwork and the flexibility of remote working.
