This position can be offered on a full or part-time basis and consideration for any UK location. Our client is highly successful and as part of their growth, we are seeking a Sales & Marketing Director to take responsibility for the operational and sales & marketing functions. You will be a pensions professional with good knowledge of professional trusteeships, who is seeking a senior role where you will review and agree the Sales & Marketing strategy and report at Board level. We are seeking someone in a similar role with an in-depth understanding of the corporate pensions industry who is keen to be part of this independent firms ambitious plans, where you will create and manage the Business Plan and associated budget. Key skills will be in building and managing longer term relationships with key introducers including EBCs, lawyers and procurement consultants with a view for business expansion. This position will include presentation, pitches and supporting other members of the team in their preparation for prospect client meetings. To be considered you will have experience of shaping and generating new business, you will be comfortable with developing the clients marketing and brand, attending seminars and being visible in the industry as a speaker and also drafting articles.
