• Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to ensure adherence to FCA regulations
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments
• Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices
• Provide training and support to staff on Technical/Compliance-related matters

About you
• Strong background in SIPP Administration
• Good technical understanding of SIPP areas
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
