Are you ready to shape the future of employee wellbeing and promote the value of a company pension to employees? Our client is an in-house pension scheme (outsourced administration) looking for an experienced Pension and Benefits Manager to lead the design, delivery, and evolution of their employee benefits — from pensions provision and retirement planning, to healthcare, including lifestyle perks and financial wellbeing assistance.

You’ll collaborate across the organisation (and at all levels), Finance, Payroll, HR and external providers to ensure a smooth and impactful experience for employees, with a focus on operational excellence, innovation, and engagement.

What you’ll be doing:
1. Managing a defined contribution pension scheme, including governance, reporting, and trustee meetings
2. Leading annual benefits cycles and provider renewals
3. Championing benefits communications and employee engagement
4. Using data and industry insights to continuously improve offerings

What we’re looking for:

1. Proven experience in pensions and benefits programme management
2. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder skills
3. Proactive, collaborative mindset and attention to detail
4. Comfortable working at pace and influencing across levels

Our client is driven by values like honesty, integrity, courage, fairness, and a sense of duty to the community. If that resonates with you, and you’re ready to make a real impact — we’d love to hear from you.
