Our client is looking for a Pensions Specialist with good administration skills, who is an expert in Auto Enrolment and has experience in setting up new schemes, harmonisation of pension schemes into one provider, supporting employees on queries, etc., and exposure to Pension's reconciliation work. You will understand RAS and Salary sacrifice approach, the new rules on AA, TAA, LTA, etc. recently changed, alongside things like performing the schedules i.e. paying the monies over on a timely and accurate basis.

Our client has two options for working, 1. 2 days in the Kent office/3 days at home, or 2. Homeworking, but you must attend the office for your induction training and ad hoc meetings, and this will be at your expense, so when applying for homeworking, please do cost into your outgoings travel to the office and even overnight stay when training, which depending on how fast you learn could be 1-2 months, but after this the role will be homeworking, with just ad hoc visits if essential.

Our client is a growing business, so very long-term you could grow in this role and if other staff join, take on supervisor responsibility, or if you prefer simply tick along and enjoy a very pleasant 9-5.30pm environment with early leaving most Fridays, and being part of a very friendly team. So plenty of time to make use of a very unusual benefit this company offer their employees, time and time again…
