Due to an internal promotion this in-house company are seeking a pensions specialist to join their reward team.

About the role
• Partner with HR colleagues to provide expert advice and guidance on reward related issues, as required. Will include modelling and advising on reward packages for new hires, role changes etc
• Contribute to the delivery of annual compensation review and benefits renewals activities. Manage global compensation market data and benchmarking tools
• Contribute to ensuring all compliance commitments are met in relation to compensation in all relevant countries, and the EMEA and APAC regions for pensions and benefits compliance
• Contribute to reward-related employee communications, partnering with Internal Communications. To include drafting of communication materials and management of Source / intranet content
• Direct engagement with employees at all levels in one to one or group environments to discuss and explain the compensation and benefit arrangements
• Contribute to the effective management of all relevant reward suppliers, including benefits brokers and providers

About you
• Graduate (or equivalent) with Pensions and Benefits technical knowledge (3 years +)
• Very strong excel and PowerPoint skills
• Project management skills
