A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to join this well-regarded and hugely successful pensions consultancy. In this broad and challenging role you will be actively involved in the management and delivery of pension administration services across the whole business. Specifically focussing on: Quality - delivering an industry leading quality service; Profit - running an efficient and profitable operation; Long-term sustainability – investing in clients, people and systems.

You will have extensive operational experience with the ability to demonstrate positive leadership skills alongside strong knowledge of both DB and DC pensions.

You will develop commercial aspects of the business ensuring that profit is delivered, participate in ongoing detailed analysis of the efficiency of systems and processes. Assist on tendering processes, creating responses to tenders and leading the administration aspects of full service tenders. Conduct client assignments such as trustee secretarial appointments, project work, client relationship management, etc.

You will be expected to build strong and productive relationships with senior actuaries across the business and assist on strategic business change, and effectively manage the implementation of new practices and processes.
