• Manage team workload, workflow and ensure SLA’s met
• Oversee staff development, training, process improvement
• Ensure scheme implementation projects are delivered
• Review all project documentation
About you
• Strong experience within Pensions projects areas, ideally implementations
• Good DB technical knowledge
• Strong client facing experience
• Management experience
• Good working knowledge/understanding of Pensions calculations
