Due to significant growth, our client who are market leaders within the pensions industry, are seeking two well-connected Accounts Directors to spearhead the continued expansion of their Employee Communications strategy. Working with a quality client base of well-recognised global brands, you will have the tenacity to take the business forward, grow client relationships and manage a team of Account Managers to deliver market-leading communication solutions.

The successful candidate will have their own portfolio of clients and who will devise and implement client growth strategy. You will also present at Board level, oversee projects and be involved in new business. In addition, you will deliver strategies across the team and promote the corporate brand and image. As a result, we need someone who has the confidence and gravitas to consult and advise clients (global brands), to grow relationships at senior levels and to deliver exceptional results, with the support of a superb team.

To be considered, you should have 5 years corporate or employee communications experience, agency or client-side with strong CRM experience.
