Excellent opportunity to join a Global organisation, as Benefits Analyst you will support the ongoing development of benefits strategy and processes to ensure they remain competitive, cost-effective and compliant across programmes in Europe and the Middle East. The Benefits Analyst will report to the Benefit and Service Manager based in the London office.

About the role

• Monitor the effectiveness of existing/new benefits and identify and recommend areas for improvement
• Develop and administer Benefit specific procedures in line with strategic direction and regulatory requirements. Keeping up to date with relevant laws and emerging regulations
• Monitor vendor performance and service to ensure they meet ongoing requirements
• Utilise data analysis and benchmarking to provide insights, recommendations and proposals
• Create deliverables including benefits reporting with a D&I and compliance lens, vendor/risk assessments and RFPs
• Provide Benefits subject matter support to key stakeholders and deliver outstanding customer service
• Provide ad hoc operational support to the Employee Services team assisting with events management

About you

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Fluency in German preferred but not required
• An in-depth knowledge of International Employee Benefits and Pensions administration (minimum 3 years experience and preferably in a financial or professional services environment)
• Ability to analyse various situations and develop creative solutions
• Highly Proficient in HR software, data analytics and project management tools. (Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint as a minimum)
