Our leading client who are specialists in their field are seeking an experienced administrator with demonstrable technical credibility to join their in-house team where you will lead on and implement a number of new benefit programmes, which will include the Auto Enrolment pension scheme, healthcare and risk benefits, ensuring an end to end delivery of outstanding service. The successful candidate will also provide information to senior management, support sales, M&A and disposal activity through the provision and analysis of benefits related information. In addition, you will be a subject matter expert who will coach and answer more complex queries from colleagues.
