Are you working within pensions administration and looking for an opportunity to join a friendly, supportive in-house pensions team? We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client, a large, well-established organisation, for a Pensions Assistant to support the day-to-day administration of their occupational pension scheme.

You will be involved in a variety of pension administration duties, including processing leavers, updating member records, setting up benefits into payment and assisting with pension calculations. You will also respond to member enquiries by telephone and email, prepare member communications, process invoices, assist with monthly Trustee bank reconciliations and support the wider pensions team with projects and pensioner payroll activities.

You will have experience of pensions administration, good organisational skills and excellent attention to detail, alongside confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. You will be a good communicator, enjoy working as part of a team and bring a positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and develop your pensions knowledge.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of an established in-house pensions team, with a competitive salary and attractive benefits package including a Defined Benefit pension scheme, 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, private medical insurance, free on-site lunches, share plans, generous parental leave, free parking and many additional benefits!

Hybrid working is available, with the opportunity to work from home for two days per week once training complete and confident in undertaking the role.
