The responsibilities of the role will include processing renewals, leavers, divorces and deaths; drafting routine correspondence; managing bank accounts and calculating retirement quotes. You will also assist with project work such as pension increases, renewals and the production of benefit statements. Good communication skills are essential and the ability to liaise effectively with colleagues and clients, along with sound IT skills.
