Are you an occupational pensions administrator in-between contracts, or about to end one and seeking the next one? Are you nervous of taking a short-term roll over contract, and would like a long-term contract of 12 months or more? Are you currently working from home and post lockdown would like to do this as much as possible, but still willing to go to the office for on-boarding and when required each month, but mostly home working? And would you like to work for an in-house pension's scheme, for a highly successful company with lovely people to work for?
Yes! Then what are you waiting for, read on and apply ASAP…

You will be a flexible person, happy to undertake whatever priority tasks are needed each week and as current work flow and projects require. Our client has just had Workday system now fully implemented (don’t worry if you do not know this yet, as long as you know pensions administration work), and through this you will deal with processing and oversight (including joiners, VC payments, HR and Payroll interactions, BATCH/Workday Reporting (including leaver reporting and data), ServiceNow and Pensions Mailbox cases and transactions, Death, Ill Health and other Trustee Discretions Cases, etc. You will help with Problem Member Cases, Complaints and Errors, and monitoring AVC's.

You will have Third Party Administrator interactions (DB ongoing, DC up to 31 August), and interactions with other External Suppliers and Internal Stakeholders. Help with projects and project management, Trustee Library and Maintenance (including support on preparing Trustee Agenda Packs). Your role may also include supporting Trustee Governance & Secretariat, supporting DB Investments and ESG, PPF/D&B/PCG's, GDPR Policies & Compliance, Cyber Security Policies & Compliance and Winding Up old Pension Schemes.

This role is likely to be adapted as impacts from Workday and other Projects are fully implemented. Therefore, it is important that the person recruited has a positive and flexible outlook and is comfortable with a high degree of change.

On-boarding plan - in order to on-board a new member of the team occasional attendance at the office in London (which is fully set up to comply with Covid regulations and social distancing) may be necessary. In week one of employment only this is likely to mean 2 or 3 days in London. Please see full job profile from Abenefit2u recruitment in regard to home working status.
