Our client a global force in health and hygiene has a great opportunity for a Pensions Team Manager to join their organisation. You’ll have the freedom to make a difference in this leading role. Managing a small team of in-house administrators to ensure that the administration of the DB section of the Companies Pension Fund is timely, accurate and compliant; and all processes are fully documented and well governed ensuring the members receive a great service. Other key responsibilities, will be to coach and develop your team and be responsible for the successful running of the insured arrangements for life assurance, incapacity benefit and private medical insurance. To be considered for this role you will have significant previous pensions experience gained in a pensions administration management position working in both a Trust Based DB and DC environment, either in house or with a third party, be analytical and numerate, with technical capabilities that are coupled with great interpersonal and communication skills. You'll be comfortable managing complex cases and tight deadlines.
