Working as the Senior Administrator within the pensions team you will be administering pension plans and life assurance schemes, ensuring contributions and benefits are paid correctly and help your colleagues and former colleagues with any pensions queries they have. Key responsibilities will be dealing confidently with members via telephone, email and face-to-face, process, validate and correct errors on data files, provide admin input into Trustees reports, prepare meeting packs and support to Scheme secretary. To be considered for this role you will have Defined benefit pensions experience, the ability to effectively communicate with pension plan members, internal and external partners and the ability to carry out calculations with a high level of accuracy.
