Working as a Team Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the administration teams deliver a high quality service to clients and members. About the role
• Support team members to achieve high performance standards and provide effective development and learning opportunities.
• Manage the project work across all clients on the team to ensure that the agreed deadlines are met and the expectations of the Client or the Client Manager are managed.
• Provide support to Operation and Client Service managers as required, deputising for the Operations Manager when required
• Attend Client and Trustee meetings as and when required
About you
• Ideally has knowledge of Defined Benefit pension arrangements.
• Able to demonstrate a positive and proactive approach when dealing with workloads and challenges and remain professional at all times when interacting with colleagues within the office and across the business.
