Our client is a wealth advisor with a very impressive portfolio of affluent clients and we are seeking someone to join the large SIPP/SSAS team of administrators and advisors to work specifically on property matters. You will have direct liaison with clients and their accountants & solicitors as well as the HMRC on commercial property matters, ensuring compliance regulations are followed and all correspondence, including draft reports are accurate and timely. The role requires someone who understand the conveyancing process and manage all purchasing and transactional matters, specifically relating to SIPPs. The team is friendly and whilst the role is busy, it will also be rewarding.
