About the role
• Oversee workflow across the division
• Look over current processes, identify improvements and implement
• Look at new procedures that will enhance service delivery
• Ensure that quality standards are adhered to and that errors are tracked and resolved
• Responsible for reviewing the billing submissions
• Maintaining suitable MI about the profitability of projects and teams
About you
• Background in DB Pensions
• Strong organisational skillset
• Experience in working within a pensions operation area at a senior level
