Managing a portfolio of DB Trust Schemes, we are seeking a DB Pension Consultant to join this independent Pensions Consultancy to provide advice and solutions to the Trustees and at time the sponsoring employer for the pension provision, design, costs and legislative requirements. The Trustee Board and Sub Committee's meet regularly and we are seeking a Consultant to guide the Trustee and Sponsors through complex legislative changes, scheme design and management, employee engagement, investment beauty parades and work with the actuary and TPAs on service provision. This role does hold budget and delivery of service duties to the highest standard. This client portfolio is highly valuable in respect of financials and brand and the Consultant/CRM who secures this role will be proud to work on the accounts in question. To be considered you must be a DB Consultant who has longevity in their career, is solution driven with innovated and creative client management attributes. The skill sets will be in DB Trust based pensions, working with the Chair of the Trustees to set the agenda, lead meetings, ensure action points are monitored, oversee investment performance, manage all areas of Governance and providing support on other associated employee benefits solutions. We are seeking a relationship builder who is commercial, and aware of reducing risk. The team are friendly, the manager very supportive and there are resources for two support consultants who will be influenced and motivated by the Senior Consultant. You will be tasked to delegate, oversee work, as well as being involved in appraisals. This career advancing position will suit an experience Pension Consultant working in a similar environment and able to appreciate the requirements and demands of larger FSTE100 clients.
