Within this role you will manage the running of the Trustee board and provide advisory support to the Trustees and their committees so that they can operate effectively and fulfil their obligations. Working collaboratively with the pensions' manager in the overall governance framework and scheme projects. You will support the preparation of Trustee meetings packs, including Board/Committee papers, as well as attend meetings, provide technical support, manage the pensions' inbox and manage the delivery of MNT. Projects will include a GMP equalisation and rectification exercise, a large data cleansing exercise and closure of the DB scheme. This is a role that will suit an individual who is working either as an Assistant Consultant or In House Pensions Expert and who can demonstrate experience in working with Trustees at Board level, providing secretariat support, scheme governance, stakeholder management and annual events. APMI is desirable, but not essential.
