This is a new post where you will have responsibility to ensure that WYPF has in place, sound, integrated corporate governance policies, procedures and structures and the Fund complies with its legal, and regulatory requirements in order to support the delivery of integrated services to Pension Fund members, Employers and Clients.
You will also assist the Head of Governance and Business Development in the acquisition, development and management of the Fund’s growing business strategy and expansion of the administration of additional pension’s schemes and external business streams.
You will ensure the delivery of pension scheme administration services to a portfolio of clients satisfies the needs and requirements of both parties. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients key personnel and information providers.
You will have:
• At least 5 years’ experience working in a pensions environment at a senior management level in a complex organisation.
• Record of successful management at a senior level
• Experience of successful resource management, and the delivery and measurement of cost effective, qualitative services.
• Evidence of developing, implementing and monitoring clear standards of performance and service delivery outcomes.
• The Foundation Degree in Pensions Administration and Management (CIPP) qualification or equivalent.
