Our client is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Administration specialist on a CONTRACT BASIS for the next twelve months. You will be able to administer benefit policies following our client's company plan design to ensure accurate and consistent application, complying with local legislative and tax requirements to ensure policies meet governance and legislative requirements. You will deal in Human Resources Data Management, build collaborative partnerships and help everyone meet shared objectives in benefit provision to different audiences, which may mean delivering multi-mode communications to meet the unique need of such audiences, which make this an exciting contract to embark on.

You will administer one or more elements of employee benefits programs, which may include health, welfare, and retirement plans, in compliance with plan design and government legislation, and assists in resolution of benefits related issues for the plan.

You will also need to be comfortable dealing with Data Analytics, maintaining Audits, and working successfully with Third Party Administrators, Consultants, Auditors, Actuaries, and Legal Counsel. You will assist in the development of tools and processes to standardise procedures across region (as needed) and the implementation of these. You will partner to implement and coordinate logistics to support key initiatives from Benefits Committee/Corporate Strategy, and support in special projects as assigned – 6 Sigma and ad hoc Committee/Corporate Strategy.
