You will be integral to the small team in this leading company which offer superb support to career development as well as a great benefits package, which means they have very low staff turnover and can offer complete longevity in the workplace and stability. You will work with the Senior Consultants on a variety of projects for large employers as well as start-up firms, domestic and international. The projects will be in Employee Benefits and the main purpose of this role will be to assist in protection for Group Risk & Healthcare, as well as Flex and workplace pensions. The projects are diverse and can include AE compliance, provider and policy recommendations for Healthcare and Group risk, providing communications to the members on employee benefits structures and reviews, ensuring clients EB provision is compliant and relevant, as well as harmonisation of clients employee benefit arrangements across different counties and understanding tax matters. We are seeking someone experienced in drafting recommendation reports and confident to build internal relationships, as different departments work collaboratively on client assignments. We are seeking someone who can be office based and build relationships with good customer service over the phone and on email, but this role will also see you attending client and provider meetings.
In this role you will work with superb professionals and you will extend your knowledge in an EB and Pensions arrangements. To be considered for this role you will be working in a similar an analytical position within corporate employee benefits or as a corporate paraplanner with particular interest in Healthcare & Risk and if your experience includes AE/pensions this would be an added advantage.
