About the role

The role will be a key component of the Fund’s future development by creating and providing reports that will enable managers to make data driven decisions. You will be expected to continue with the ongoing development and innovation of reporting for the Fund with particular focus on data validation.

You will also be the lead on monitoring the performance of the Fund, highlighting any inefficiencies for managers to ensure their areas are delivering an efficient and effective service.

You will be required to liaise and work with other managers of the Operations Team to provide additional business analysis and project support.

About you

You will ideally have been a pensions administrator for at least three years with knowledge of defined benefits pensions schemes and a desire to move into a more data and reporting role. Alternatively, you will be an existing data and reporting analyst looking to transfer your skills into a new area.

Whilst not essential, having a good understanding of the Tableau reporting and data visualisation tool would be beneficial, but you will be given the opportunity to learn and develop these skills. A solid understanding of calculation languages, such as excel formulas to an advanced level, would be expected.

You will have strong inter-personal and organisations skills and experience, strong negotiating and influencing skills and be able to work in a solutions-focussed way, collaborating well with others.

You will be able to understand and identify the priorities for the Fund which will deliver against the Fund’s goals.

All candidates are assessed against our values, which are a vital part of how we work as a Pension Fund to deliver our vision and goals. Learn more about the Fund's vision.
