A great senior opportunity for an experienced Operations Lead to join this reputable business at a time of great growth. Working with the UK leadership team you will be responsible for Service Delivery with a focus on the DC Business.
Using your extensive leadership skills you will provide direction and guidance to your business unit teams, maintaining control over the team and their workload along with client expectations in terms of quality and achievement of service levels.
We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate excellent experience of working in an Operations Management role with direct responsibility for service delivery and client-facing responsibilities within a Pensions Administration environment. PMI / CII qualifications are required alongside strong technical knowledge of pension's legislation - both current and historic.
Exceptional interpersonal skills including good written and verbal communication and presentational skills are essential.
