This is a great opportunity for a Client Relationship Manager to join this reputable pensions company. In this role you will be office based, and the contact for the company's clients and be responsible for maintaining a portfolio of clients, retaining and generating revenue from cross selling, develop relationships over time, produce technical reports and analysis for clients and be measured on retention along with leads streams. Key responsibilities will be, deal with day to day queries both new and existing business, liaising between colleagues, product providers and clients, analyse client financial situations, lead client presentations, work to identify and respond to potential opportunities, oversee changes and restructures of Client's corporate retirement benefit provisions. This role will suit someone with a strong understanding of DC insured pension schemes, GPP/AE and will suit a Paraplanner or Assistant Consultant or EB Administrator who has a full understanding of the administrative procedures relating to the different categories of the business, analytical and numerical ability being able to analyse and interpret data, evaluate data, have an excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
