A wonderful opportunity to join this specialist firm as a Client Manager. We are seeking someone with a passion for delivering exceptional client services. You will be ensuring effective communication and delivery of a first-class service at all times.
Acting as Relationship Manager to clients you will proactively seek resolution of any client issues whilst building and nurturing client relationships.
This role has broad responsibilities including; creating proposals for new opportunities, supporting the Commercial team in on-boarding new clients and ensuring a smooth handover from Sales to Client Management. You will be supporting the Commercial team and Senior Leadership team in new business pitches; leading client development pitches and proposals where new propositions are being proposed to the client.
Alongside excellent client relationship skills you will have good knowledge of occupational pensions. Ideally with a good technical understanding of DB schemes and in particular data related matters facing Trustees. You will have a good understanding of project management methodologies and possess a strong analytical and problem solving skill set, as well as an appreciation of data analysis techniques and processes.
This role can be based UK-wide with regular travel required.
