Our client is reaching almost 2 years of major exciting projects within the Pensions area of the company, and are currently implementing a new pension's administration system that will significantly improve their processes for delivering great service to their members as they interact with the Scheme.  They are putting a brand new website and member portal in place with significantly improved self-service capabilities, and are revamping their operating model to ensure they set up for new and better ways of working. They are seeking to embed a culture of insight-driven innovation into their operation through creating a Centre of Excellence for change management, encompassing analytics, continuous improvement and system development.  They are completely rebuilding their MI data model, KPI's and reporting suite to support the change.

In your new role you will act as one of the driving forces, helping the business to make better use of the large amounts of data that they have available to them and turning it into actionable insights.  As part of the Planning & Reporting team, you’ll interact with stakeholders at all levels, ranging from Chief Administration Officer to Team Leaders and Pensions Administrators.

You will be able to work at manager level with proven expertise of using data analysis tools and techniques to deliver actionable insights, ideally experience of building and maintaining MI reporting suites and operational resource plans, operational excellence principles including lean value streams and flow of work. Your experience will have been gained from working with Pensions Administration teams, or in the Financial Services / Insurance sectors.
