BESTrustees is a successful and well-established company whose sole business is the governance and trusteeship of pension funds. Our 30+ trustee staff came from a diverse range of professional backgrounds before joining the company and now act as Trustees on the Boards of many of the country’s pension schemes.

We are witnessing a growing demand for our professional independent trustee services for pension schemes and are keen to maintain our position at the forefront of our market. We are looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to join our Head Office team based in the City of London to drive service proposition development, increase the number of new opportunities, and to secure new clients and revenue.

The ideal candidate will probably have held a similar role in a professional services company within the pensions industry, have a thorough understanding of the pension market place and the role played by Independent Trustees, and able to evidence building close working relationships with clients and referral partners and resulting sales success.
