About the role

• Deliver Governance/Trustee services to a portfolio of clients
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders and contribute to the growth of the business.
• Provide trustee secretarial, pensions outsourcing and governance services
• Participate in new business activities to aid with the growth of the business.
• Contribute to governance thought leadership and provide strategic input into the development of clients’ governance frameworks

About you

• Strong background in delivering Governance/Trustee Services in a consulting or in-house area
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of regulatory frameworks and statutory requirements for DB and DC pension schemes
• Good commercial acumen and awareness
• Experience In business development, up-selling, and cross-selling will be advantageous.

Primarily based out of offices in the South East/Yorkshire areas with very flexible hybrid options
