Do you have excellent DB Pensions Administration experience and interested in moving out of Administration into the Consulting environment? This is a really great opportunity to progress your pensions career and move up a rewarding pathway into Consulting.

Joining this well regarded actuarial, pensions administration, management and investment consulting business with offices in Essex and Surrey you will be providing general support to the Consulting team.

Duties will include;
• Preparing for, attending, and following up from client and trustee meetings.
• Where appropriate, collate and publish meeting papers for client or Trustee meetings.
• Draft minutes from client and Trustee meetings within agreed timescales and ensure that action points are communicated to relevant parties and followed up.
• Working and liaising with internal departments and external advisors.
• Undertake, with assistance of senior colleagues, all or some of the following; drafting for Trustees annual report, the Members’ Newsletters, and other specific member communications

We are looking for someone with good DB knowledge and fantastic attention to detail. You will have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and a good understanding of pensions legislation and governance. Experience of attending trustee meetings would be advantageous but not essential.
