Appointments update - 26 March 2021

Nexer Digital has won a two-year contract with Nest to help build service design capability and support the design of digital-first services.

The contract started in January 2021 and runs for two years. Throughout the contract, Nexer will support the pension provider’s team in delivering personalised, multi-channel services and upskilling the Nest team. In the initial phase of the contract, Nexer will deliver training in user-centred design, accessibility and service design principles and techniques. Nexer will be embedded within the Nest team and will work alongside Nest’s solution provider on the design of the services.

Capita Pensions has extended its partnership with Pension Insurance Corporation (PIC).

The contract extension extends the partnership beyond the initial five-year term to September 2027. Capita said it was awarded the extension following “successful delivery” of PIC’s customer service vision. Throughout the contract, Capita will continue to deliver full administration services for PIC policyholders, which it has done since December 2018, while also developing digital propositions.

Punter Southall Governance Services (PSGS) has appointed Louise Webb and Ken Potter as client directors.

Webb has joined the senior leadership team and will be supporting the PSGS board in developing the business, as well as taking on professional trustee appointments. Potter has 32 years of experience in the pensions industry, having previously been group head of pensions and benefits at S.G. Warburg Group and holding similar positions at ABN AMRO and SEGRO.
