Exceptional opportunity to lead a highly skilled in-house Pensions team managing £bn+ DB and DC plans on behalf of the corporate and trustees.

About the role

• Drive forward the DB and DC pensions arrangements at a strategic and operational level, with keen focus on robust governance and member experience
• As subject matter expert work closely with senior company stakeholders and the trustee board, and with external advisers, administrators and industry bodies
• Ensure delivery of services including policy, operations, administration, governance, risk, investment, finance and communications
• Act as mentor to the in-house Pensions team, encouraging and supporting ongoing growth and development

About you

• You will be able to draw on a proven track record in the management of DB and DC pension plans with up to date technical knowledge and keen commercial acumen
