Reporting into the Head of Group Pensions you will ensure the pensions’ administration function, both in house and outsourced, provides a high quality and efficient service to the pension scheme members, the Trustees, the Governance Committee and the Business. You will manage the in-house pensions' specialist and the relationship with the outsourced administrators. You will work with the Head of Pensions, the Trustee, the Governance Committee, external advisers and multiple functions within the business and demonstrate a real passion, ensuring best practice and applying good judgement about opportunities to really drive change and add value. This role requires someone with extensive experience of DB/DC pensions administration within in-house or consultancy environment or equivalent, with up to date knowledge of pensions legislation and secretariat experience. Who can demonstrate the ability to lead, motivate and engage the team and colleagues; prioritise and deal effectively with the business as usual workload, whilst balancing key project activities. PMI Qualified or part qualified would be preferable. This is a great opportunity to work within a talented and dedicated pension team, in what will be a challenging role.
