About the role

• Opportunity to work with a highly collaborative and supportive team, whilst broadening your experience and exposure
• Lead development and delivery of administration by third parties, with keen focus on robust governance
• Drive member engagement strategy, particularly around digital journey enhancement for members
• Manage projects driven by strategic or regulatory developments
• As part of the senior leadership team you will proactively contribute to wider pensions strategic objectives, drawing on your keen awareness of the developing Pensions landscape from a legislative and trends perspective

About you

• Draw on your passion for developing and delivering effective member communications
• You will up to date technical knowledge including in management of Pensions operations, ideally through third party providers
