You will be able to display the innovation required to help develop their new propositions and opportunities to the market, as well as building and scaling successful teams.

The range of services provided includes governance services, outsourced pensions management, trustee board secretarial services and of course delivering on a varied range of projects for both DB and DC pension arrangements.

Key aspects of the role include full strategic ownership, which will comprise of formulating, presenting and driving the overall strategic plan for the business. You will also work with clients and proposition leads to continuously evolve services and drive innovative solutions for clients, as well as develop ambitious long-term business plans, supported by annual budgets with full ownership for delivery.
