About the role

• Manage a team of Pensions Administrators, delivering services above and beyond SLA's
• Oversee workflow, staff development and all aspects of staff management
• Look at processes and identify ways to improve services
• Take on more complex cases and provide technical support across the team

About you

• Proven experience of DB / DC Pension schemes
• Flexible on candidates level but must have previous people management experience
• Working knowledge of Pensions projects would be advantageous
