If our client was sending a wish list to Santa, they would say you are a very special type of contractor who is happy rolling up their sleeves and within 50% of your role dealing with day-to-day pension scheme queries and administration work, and for the other 50% helping everyone involved with organising a pensions scheme buy-out over the coming 18 months plus. As we don’t always get everything we ask from Santa, they do need you to be pensions technically minded, and happy to also deal with hands on pensions administration work (data processing, data cleaning, liaison with members in all mediums) to ensure the day to day running of the department keeps ticking over. If you do also have pensions scheme buy-out experience as well, that would be the best present under the Christmas tree this year. Did we say Christmas! Yes we did! If you are also able to start work before Christmas or the first working week of January this would be the star at the top of the tree, and ensure you had a month’s handover period with the current post holder. So in short you are a technically competent pensions specialist and pensions administrator who has experience of buyouts, or if not, is very happy and excited about the prospect of working on one, learning fast and making one happen!
So get your winter skates on (well you never know when you might need them, it could be a white Christmas) and get in touch ASAP for a full information pack or simply to apply.
