Are you an expert in the field of UK pension’s legislation? In this exciting role you will provide day-to-day Compensation and Benefits (C&B) services to clients in the areas of international Reward, with a particular focus on the development and delivery of client Reward projects. Key responsibilities will be, to provide clear advice and guidance to clients on statutory employee benefit and social security obligations, as well as guidance on market best practices in the use of supplemental employee benefits in all jurisdictions, provide high quality advice and support to a demanding client portfolio in relation to international reward, identifying requirements, delivering timely advice and solutions as agreed with the client. Other duties will be to lead on pension auto-enrolment projects, working with UK financial advisers and The Pension Regulator, as appropriate, to ensure clients meet their auto-enrolment duties, support clients on international market compensation benchmarking, working with external salary survey providers and supporting clients with their data submissions. Evaluation and matching of jobs into job classification frameworks, whilst building relationships with third party benefit suppliers and manage the relationship with the UK pension provider. To be considered for this role you will have experience within a member focused environment, experience in UK pensions legislation, DC options, calculations and processes and have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Compensation and Benefits, ideally with some Reward consultancy experience.
