This in-house firm is seeking a pension professional to support Trustee Services. This is a busy role providing all trustee secretariat services, from setting the agenda with the Chair, distributing agenda packs, attending meetings, drafting minutes for approval and ensuring all action points are monitored. The role will include proving similar services to the sub-committees, who meet quarterly as well as managing MND projects. In this role you will be the first point of contact and all liaison with third parties including investment managers, administrators and communication agencies for all Trustee matters. This responsible role also incorporates budget monitoring, trustee training and collating the annual accounts. We are seeking a pension professional who can ensure Governance compliance and understands the legal framework of UK trust based pensions.
