One of the top employee benefit consultancies is looking for an experienced Team Leader or Senior Pensions Administrator looking for their next step up, to join their team. Reporting directly to the Pensions Administration Manager, you will manage a team of administrators who provides a full administration service to a portfolio of occupational DB schemes. Typical duties will include full performance management such as conducting reviews, appraisals, training and mentoring and allocating work to the team. You will also monitor the SLA's, review performance and suggest any process improvement where necessary. The successful candidate will also be responsible for complex case work, technical point of reference and manage the service delivery attending both client and Trustee meetings. To be considered for this role you will have a wealth of DB pensions administration experience, attendance at Client meetings and ideally supervising staff.
