This is a stand-alone role where will provide coherence between the company’s pension and life assurance scheme for employees and to develop a company pension strategy. You will be a source of expertise to senior management including the interpretation and communication of new pension legislation and also act as Secretary to the Trustees. You will lead and managed one of the schemes through the consultation period, run pension surgeries and develop the communication piece through this change. A strong grasp of pension legislation is a key requirement and knowledge of USS is essential.
