World leaders in their field this top employer seeks a pensions’ professional to manage the pensions’ agenda. Acting on behalf of the Trustees, the main focus of this role will be to manage the relationship with the third party administrators and maintaining a first class service to members of the schemes. This will involve monitoring performance, assessing of non-standard and complex cases and co-ordinating and facilitating the effective delivery of the administration of the companies DB and DC schemes. You will provide a full oversight, executive management and strategy direction of all pensions’ arrangements, ensuring good governance is place, as well as acting as the schemes secretariat. This is a role that will suit an individual with similar experience or Consultant looking to move in house to add value across the whole piece. You must demonstrate excellent communication and relationship management experience. Sound pensions technical and UK pensions governance knowledge is essential.
