This is a newly created in house pensions’ role responsible for creating a greater awareness of pensions planning within an audience of over 26,000 active members. You will be responsible for devising and ensuring delivery of the pensions’ engagement strategy for employees and members of the UK Pensions DB, DC and Hybrid arrangements, with the goal of greater ownership of individual pensions planning within the financial wellbeing agenda. Key duties will include the development and delivery of the pensions’ communication strategy, development of the pensions and engagement channels and delivery of website capability. This role requires someone who can drive the communications strategy whether this is print, online or social media who has excellent pension’s experience and can lead a small team.
