This is a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Compliance in Pensions & Employee Benefits to join this firm who our leaders in their field. Reporting to the Chief Executive you will be responsible for determining commercial strategies, resources and objectives of the Master Trust pension scheme and multi-employer death and sickness and accident trust-based benefit schemes, whilst ensuring that the Master Trust and benefit schemes are compliant with all current regulations and Codes of Practice. You will take responsibility for all aspects of scheme communications, literature and web-site content and scheme reporting to the Executive, Corporate and Trustee Boards. You will also ensure technical training and guidance is provided to the pensions and benefits team. To be considered for this role you will be in a senior management role, bring a wealth of experience in DC Master Trust and be APMI or equivalent. This role is Cumbria based however working from home is a option, but with travel to the office as required.
