With over 70 years’ experience in providing award winning pensions schemes, we currently have 300,000 members and circa £10 billion in assets under management, providing Trustee, Investment and Administration services to over 40 schemes.

To support our growth ambitions, we are appointing Business Development Managers. Reporting directly to the Head of Direct Sales, you will grow our business by generating and developing a portfolio of leads / contacts within specific sectors to agreed targets.

The successful candidate will have previously operated in a client-facing, sales-orientated role within the pension’s field, ideally selling a complex solution and have the ability to demonstrate effective networking with different stakeholders of DB pension schemes.

Key attributes require include: a broad understanding of TPT’s competitors and their service offerings, entrepreneurial and disciplined with a strong client focus; whilst being able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills and proven success in delivery of high quality presentations to a broad range of clients.
