Pensions Age Awards 2017 - winners announced

Not even the winds conjured up by storm Doris could dampen spirits at last night's Pensions Age Awards which saw close to 500 of the pensions industry's elite gather to celebrate the sector's successes from the past year.

With over 33 trophies presented across a range of disciplines, all in recognition of the hard work and dedication of those working in the pensions arena, it was certainly a night to remember, both for the winners and indeed everyone who was there to take part in the celebrations.

Alun Cochrane, comedian and TV personality, was the perfect host and, alongside the sponsors and judges, presented the coveted trophies to both the pension funds and providers who had proved themselves worthy winners based on their hard work, innovative approaches and pure professionalism over the last year, despite the challenging marketplace.

Congratulations to all the winners and many thanks to everyone who helped make the event such a success, including our overall sponsor ITM, our gold sponsors CQS, Aviva Friends Life and Rothesay Life, and to all our hardworking judges.
